Yoga for Endurance Athletes (workshop), Saturday 20 July 5-7pmĀ @Tranquil Space Arlington

I teach a vinyasa flow style, heavily influenced by my athletics background. I focus on developing strength and balance while cultivating awareness of the body in space and the movement of the breath. I try to make every session fun by encouraging play and challenging students.
